New Blogs and Website Update

We have added an FAQ and Publications section to our website.  Obviously the content is similar on the old Cary & Lippincott site, but we'll be working to update the information further as time allows.  In the meantime, we've added many new blog entries for our various topic-specific blogs.

New Partner and 5 Year Anniversary

We've had an exciting start to the year!  Maura Phelan has joined our firm as a partner and Stefanie Allison has also joined the firm as a legal assistant to Maura Phelan and Chloe Love.

April 1st was the firm's 5 year anniversary and we celebrated accordingly!

Our new firm name is Lippincott Phelan Veidt, PLLC and our new website is www.LPVlaw.com.

Cary & Lippincott will be closed on Monday, December 26, 2011 and on Monday, January 2, 2012. From all of us at Cary & Lippincott we would like to wish everyone and safe and happy holiday season and a wonderful and prosperous new year!

Thanksgiving

The offices of Cary & Lippincott will be closed on Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The firm would like to wish all of our clients a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

Office space expansion!

Cary & Lippincott is expanding! As our office needs have grown, Cary & Lippincott is excited to announce that the firm will be expanding our office space at 700 Lavaca St.! The expanded office space will include 2 additional offices, an additional common-area office space, as well as an additional large conference room. If you happen to visit our offices in the coming weeks, please pardon the mess as we re-arrange our offices. Please also be advised that due to the expansion, some of our staff may unable to access their computers for a period of time or may be involved in the moving process (though we will let the movers do the heavy-lifting!). However, the firm will make every effort to keep the "down-time" to a minimum. With two large conference rooms and the ability for a third small conference room, the firm will be able to offer our clients even better accommodations and flexibility for meetings and meditations. We look forward to this exciting change and we hope our clients will enjoy our expanded offices!

Fourth of July

Cary & Lippincott will be closed on Monday, July 4th in celebration of the Fourth of July, and freedom in general.

Memorial Day

In remembrance of those brave men and women throughout our country's history who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the United States military, Cary & Lippincott will be closed on Monday, May 30th, 2011.
