Thanksgiving

The offices of Cary & Lippincott will be closed on Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The firm would like to wish all of our clients a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

Fourth of July

Cary & Lippincott will be closed on Monday, July 4th in celebration of the Fourth of July, and freedom in general.

Firm Anniversary

Prepare to don your conical party hat, as the Firm is turning four years old! That's right, only four short (but seemingly longer) years ago, on April 1st, 2007, Cary & Lippincott opened its doors. In recognition of the Firm's Anniversary, and in lieu of closing the Firm for other more "established" holidays, Cary & Lippincott will be closed on Friday, April 1st, 2011. That being said, it is difficult to separate an attorney from his or her smartphone, so if you are in need of assistance that day, please send an e-mail to your attorney, preferably marked with "high priority" or "high importance."

Spring Break!

It is getting warmer outside (and more humid), and the mountain laurel is blooming around Austin, filling the air with the sweet aroma of grape soda. That can mean only one thing... Spring! During this time of the year, and in lieu of closing the office for other "established" holidays, Cary & Lippincott has two days in which the firm will operate with a "skeleton" staff, allowing the firm's employees to take a vacation day when while the weather is still nice and mild. Therefore, please be advised that Cary & Lippincott will be operating with a reduced staff on Monday, March 14th, 2011, and on Friday, March 18th, 2011.
